breathing, relaxing, thinking calming thoughts, mantras, symphonies..
the less obvious
the brain reads sensors and reacts w/o thinking. if you smile for two minutes your brain will change your homonal balance and raise your testosreone and lower your cortisol as well as adding some of the other feelgood chemicals . it thinks something good is going on (smiling) and gives the system support to that responce.
thats how laughing yoga works . laugh for a few minutes it will start off fake and then take on a life of its own.
so you dont need faith, you need patience
